Leinster Square North is the residential freehold company that owns the freeholds related to the development at   7 - 12 Leinster Square on the borders of Bayswater and Notting Hill in London.  The company is owned by its members who are all leaseholders of one of the eleven luxury apartments and townhouses.  The company acts on behalf of its members as the freeholder and among other things is responsible for maintaining the exterior of the development, common domestic services and providing the concierge.  We aim to maintain the long term quality of the building and optimising the cost of ownership whilst providing the best possible living environment for residents.
